The original owner decided to change the bass from Fiesta Red way back in the day and stripped it before painting it in a blue finish. At some point the pick up cavity has been slightly altered too. This has now been professionally fitted with a matching piece of timber before the refinish. The pick guard was also altered at the same time but has now been repaired using a matching tortoiseshell piece from a similar aged guard.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\" data-rte-preserve-empty=\"true\"\u003eThis is a lot of people Holy Grail bass having the slab board which is sublime, it’s an absolutely killer P Bass and plays as well as it looks.
