A beautiful beast indeed. This lovely 1966 fender Mustang Bass is in incredible shape and is completely all original including case which must make it one of the rarest around at the moment. The neck stamp reads 17NOV66B and the pick ups are 4-10-67 not uncommon for fender to have mismatched dates especially around this period. The pots are correctly dated ‘66.
The paintwork has changed to more of a blue/green colour but the original Daphne Blue is still going strong under the pick guard.
