1977 Fender Precision Lake Placid Blue
Refinished in the early 80's to the Lake Placid Blue/Ocean Turquoise it still has now. It's a great player-grade vintage bass with good balance, average weight and a bold and strong pickup that nails the punk sound just as well as it can handle some Motown or funk. The P bass that sounds like all the records in your collection. They do 'that thing' perfectly.
It’s a tricky one to photograph, it’s LPB but flip flops between blue and green with a lovely pearl type of sheen. Its fast becoming a firm favourite in the studio here.
