A lovely 1979 Aria Pro II fretless Bass in really great condition. These basses are highly regarded vintage instruments built during the "golden era" of Japanese guitar manufacturing. Crafted at the legendary Matsumoku factory in Japan, which is widely celebrated for its exceptional woodwork, dense hardware, and elite build quality.
This one has had a small repair at the heel on the fretboard due to some wear from roundwound strings otherwise it’s in great shape. The neck plate shows 001 which is their first build of ‘79 too. Its had a couple of extra holes added to the scratch plate.
