1993 Musicman Sterling Bass White
1993 Music Man Sterling bass with a White finish and maple neck & board. Not to be confused with Sterling Ray 34 or Sub, this is the classic USA Sterling bass and its a peach!
It's in excellent condition having been looked after extremely well bar a couple of scratches, one to the front and the other on the rear of the body. It's been fully set up and restrung with its very old rounds, which sound glorious, it seemed a shame to swap them out. Really nice action and great tone. Comes with a generic hard case.
The Music Man Sterling 4-String Bass has a similar shape to the StingRay, but is shorter and narrower, while the neck remains basically the same (34" scale, 11" radius). Active 3-band preamp, a Music Man humbucker with hum cancelling phantom coil, and unique 3-way switching (both coils in series mode, single coil, and both coils in parallel mode). Schaller BM tapered-post tuners. Volume, treble, mid, bass controls.
