Another epic 1983 Squier JV Precision Bass in an honest and well gigged Olympic White finish. These are becoming the one of the most sought after in the second hand and vintage market, and it’s no surprise, they are epic.
The neck is a classic 60’s P width and very nice to move around on. Frets are in great shape, truss rod works as it should and the action is nice and low. The bridge is a threaded/knurled bridge from a more recent Fender Japan P bass but this is the type originally installed at the factory. The pots, knobs, green capacitor and strap buttons are correct. The string retainer is a new Fender part. The pick up is an American ‘60’s rather than the original, a very nice upgrade
